The Zayo app, along with all its trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, belong to Zayo Develop Team. You are not permitted to:
1.Copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
2.Attempt to extract the source code of the app.
3.Translate the app into other languages or create derivative versions.
Zayo Develop Team reserves the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it explicitly clear what you are paying for.
The Zayo app stores and processes personal data you provide to us to deliver our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this could make your device vulnerable to malware or viruses, compromise its security features, and cause the app to malfunction.

Google Play Services
Zayo Develop Team is not responsible for the full functionality of the app if you lack an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
If you use the app with mobile data, you are responsible for any data charges from your mobile network provider, including roaming data charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for all such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.
Zayo Develop Team is not responsible if your device runs out of battery and you are unable to use the Service.
While we strive to ensure the app is updated and correct at all times, we rely on third parties for some information. Zayo Develop Team accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying solely on the app's functionality.
The app is currently available on Android. We may update the app from time to time. You agree to download updates to continue using the app. Zayo Develop Team does not guarantee that it will always update the app or that it will work with the version of Android you have installed.
We may also choose to stop providing the app and may terminate your use of it at any time without notice. Upon termination, (a) all rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; and (b) you must cease all use of the app and delete it from your device.
We may update our Terms and Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page for any changes. We will notify you of updates by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
